Just let it out

I’ve been sick for awhile and the kleenex box has been my only consolation. Slumped on the couch, I saw this clever commercial by Kleenex. The commercial has a bunch of ordinary people telling stories on a park bench. You don’t know who they’re talking to, but at the end a Kleenex guy hands them a box. It’s actually a pretty darn smart idea.

They have a huge “let it out” campaign on their website. It details their nationwide tour where they actually let people share their feelings. And they’ve got a blog and personalized cards made by anyone who feels the need to share their emotions. Plus, they have a site where you can make your own kleenex box!

Who knew America wanted to “let it out” on a random Kleenex site? They even let you post video. So if you own a camcorder and desperately need to share with Kleenex brand tissues your thoughts on life, death, marriage or kids, here’s your chance.
