Warbirds

I know sci-fi is all about being creative, but I’m starting to think they’re taking these SciFi Channel movies too far.

Pterydactyls during WWII, really really?! Warbirds is simply too crazy for me to watch. And I’ll watch almost anything.

I thought Leo died at Guadalcanal!

And I am stunned that this film even got made. Suspension of disbelief is one thing; this requires suspension of all reasoning and logic. But I will probably watch it anyway.

Yah. assuming you can get past the all woman crewed b29 carrying THE bomb and blundering into an island that has a secret japanese base a couple questions have to be raised.
1) if the US plane crashes on a secret japanese island, why is there a US army surplus 10 ton truck on the Island
2) Is it really possible for a 120 lbs woman and a man to lift a full 55 gal fuel drum into the back of a truck using their bare hands? could they do it 4 times in 15 minutes?

of courese i have not seen the end of the moovie yet. BUt its pretty obvious that they will drop the bomb on the island to nuke the pterodactyls.
