Knocked Up

Do you know who Seth Rogen is? He stars in the upcoming film, Knocked Up. He was also on “Freaks and Geeks” and played one of the supporting character in 40 year old Virgin. My friend saw his new movie at a sneak preview and highly recommends it. The trailer does make it look pretty funny.

I wonder how the story of the film would play out in real life. The premise is they had a one night stand and she got pregnant. They attempt to make it work, despite the fact they barely know each other. I was reading more camcorder reviews, & digital camcorders can make really good documentary films.

I could follow a real couple who are having a baby under the same circumstance. I could call it Knocked Up: For Reals. All you’d have to do is interview the couple a bunch. Really play up the boy vs. girl perspective. Maybe get some background on the couple from peers and family. It could pretty entertaining. I’m sure not as funny though as Judd Apatow’s movie. Might get a little sad, unless it just so happens they turn out to love each other.

Needless to say, I’ll need to research this forthcoming doc by seeing Knocked up on June 1st.
