Digital Camcorder Redux

The battle is almost won

“Battlestar Galactica” will end its run with its fourth season. SciFi pulled the “your show is too expensive and not enough people watch it to justify that kind of money” story. Same thing with “Stargate SG-1″ and “Farscape.” Four seasons isn’t too bad. I didn’t watch much of season 3, but I hear it was crazy since the Cyclons sorta won and the humans had to rebel again.

Are they still looking for their “home” or whatever the hell the premise was from the original show? Wouldn’t in the future on a SPACESHIP they would have the best gps system ever created? At the very least on Star Trek, they’d appear to be wandering around, but they always knew where home was. Sulu would just punch away at his console and calculate their destination (I bet with something cooler than a tomtom one gps). I guess “Battlestar” isn’t caught up in the science, seems to be more focused on the fictional melodrama.
